Policies
Please read this information carefully before you complete the registration form.

Tuition - Individual Lessons
| There is a one time yearly registration fee of $45.00 due at the beginning of the school year. This fee covers administration of the account and is non-refundable. Students who start after February pay half a year’s registration ($22.50). Students who start after July 1 pay a full registration fee but it will be credited as the full fee for the following school year.
Tuition is $100.00 per month.The registration fee and the first month's tuition must be paid by check at the time of registration. Subsequent tuition payments will be made by auto draft to the customer's checking account. The first month's check will be used to set up auto draft. (If you need another option besides auto draft, give us a call).
Tuition is the same regardless of a 4 week or 5 week month or months that have holidays—the cost averages out the same over the 45 weeks.
Overdrafts
There will be a fee of $15.00 for auto drafts returned for non sufficient funds (NSF) which must be paid before the next scheduled lesson.
Tuition - Group Classes
There is no registration fee for group classes. The class fees and any materials fees must be paid before any classes can be attended. Refer to the group registration form for tuition and materials fees.

outside the School of Music Office.

Registrations:

Registrations will be processed in the order received, returning students first.

Registrations that do not include the registration fee and first full month's payment will not be processed (individual lessons).

To avoid confusion, please do not give registrations or payments directly to faculty.

Your instructor will contact you some time during the week after you register to confirm your registration and to explain any other pertinent details.

Absences:

There will be no make-up lessons for missed lessons or holidays unless the missed lesson was due to a teacher absence. All unscheduled teacher absences will be made up or other arrangements will be made at the discretion of the school director. There will be no make-up lessons for weather related closures. Since there are several Monday holidays, students can arrange for make ups for those three lessons at their discretion.

In case of inclement weather, check the website or call (919) 844-5283 for closure information. Weather closures will not necessarily coincide with the Wake County Public School closures.
